I installed AVG on my Windows 7. Works without problems.

Kaspersky antivirus has update issue and will not update for a long period and still there is no fix to it.

Kaspersky For Windows 7 is a BETA product which uses Kaspersky's BETA servers for updating definitions, these BETA servers are not as often updated as the real ones.

Kaspersky did not update in Windows 7 for me. It said the database was up to date at the same time it said it needed updating. Downloading the .zip from Kaspersky didn't help either. After twenty minutes of fooling around with it, I removed and have installed Nod32 instead.

Norton 360 is working fine on my Windows 7 Beta Build 7000 installation.

You know the regular kaspersky internet security 8 works fine on windows 7, and fully updates without any issues at all. Not sure why they have a seperate version.

Also find it fast and easy to use.. One of the few AV apps that you can very easily and completely exit out of so it uses no system resources. Most you can just partially disable but they still waste resources.

it didn't work for me anyway

I have to upgrade to a new computer so the new one came with windows 7 and so I my favorite anti malware is a-squared antimalware but since is not compatible with win 7 yet I purchase Malwarebytes and so is awsome it blocks malwares and spyware malicious programs everytime I visit porno sites since is one of my hobbies :)

Since doing upgrade from Vista to Windows 7..64 bit. AVG firewall doesn't work.. Have tried to deal with AVG tech support. They are no help. They suggested their removal program I tried it.Would not uninstall. They suggested loading 9.0 tried that and it won't load. Just renewed service for 2 yrs. and now I have no security on computer.. Their uninstall took enough of program off to disable AVg but now can't remove 8.5 completely and can't load 9.0. Tech support suggestions are saying remove files using locations from windows XP they don't have a clue about file names on Windows 7. Don't think they have ever seen a copy of Windows 7..Buyers Beware..

First of all I would like to say that I installed window xp on my computer and want to upgrade window 7 on my computer. So what should I do to upgrade window 7. Because I want to install avast antivirus tool that will helps to remove spyware, malware, viruses and other malicious software.
