Intel Introduces RealSense™ Technology At CES 2014

Computer to human interface utilizing motion gestures, touch-screens, voice commands and facial recognition is no novelty these days. Sniffing the demand for these future computer interfacing features, the industry giant Intel has put their weight behind the concept of 'natural' computing interface and has introduced the Intel RealSense platform at CES 2014.

Intel RealSense is a new family of technology featuring complimenting hardware and software products that will make human-machine interfaces "natural". The idea is to utilize touch, motion, voice and facial expressions for interacting with all sorts of devices in the most natural form possible. Intel has also released the The Intel® Perceptual Computing SDK 2013 for developers to jump into and create innovative applications to consume the platform. Do watch the introduction video below.
