A new vulnerability discovered by an 27 year old user Karam Dauod, allows anybody to bypass the Apple iOS 7 security passcode and make calls. A user needs to perform a few steps via the iOS7 Emergency dialer screen to get past the lockscreen, once done they can call any number of choice including international and premium numbers without any restriction. German Expert Warns Against Using iPhone5S Fingerprint Function

In light of the PRISM spying by NSA, German experts earlier warned their Government against using Microsoft Windows 8 by companies and authorities. And once again a German data-protection specialist Johannes Caspar warns against using iPhone 5S's new Fingerprint ID function. While Apple claims this to be secure by saying 'your fingerprint is only stored on the iPhone, never transmitted over the network' the expert arguments that 'The biometric features of your body, like your fingerprints, cannot be erased or deleted and stay with you until the end of your life without changing. They are crucial and should not be used for something as non-vital or casual as unlocking your device.

Apple patched the evasi0n jailbreak with iOS 6.1.4 update making it unjailbreakable, but there is some good news as Apple iOS 6.1.4 has been successfully got jailbroken on iPhone 5 and the report has been verified by multiple users. A new name to the scene Developer Winocm achieved a successful untethered jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 last week, and has now tweeted an image of Cydia running on iOS 6.1.4 and iPhone 5. He also went ahead and made public the source-code to replicate the success for others as shown below.
