Apple today announced release of the all new iPod Nano Chromatic and iTunes 8.0, Apple claims the new iTunes version to be equipped with Genius features with better ways to manage your digital entertainment.

The new genius features in iTunes 8 let users discover new songs and create instant playlist of songs matching your current track, Simply, Play a song, Click the Genius button and iTunes will create a playlist of songs from your library that go great together, at the same time the new Genius Sidebar will display songs from the iTunes Store that go great with currently playing track.

Apple released the next major version of their popular photo editing and management software "Aperture 2", with over 100+ new features, streamlined interface, faster performance and enhanced image processing capabilities the software seems to be worthy upgrade for its users.

Aperture 2 lets users directly upload portfolios on the .Mac Web Gallery for viewing on the web using their .Mac account, Aperture also lets users sync their Aperture library to an iPhone or iPod. Or enjoy photos on a widescreen TV in high definition using Apple TV.

Apple announced firmware update for iPhone to version 1.1.3, the new firmware update will enable new features on your iPhone as follows:

• SMS to multiple contacts in one message.
• Automatically find your location with new redesigned maps application.
• Create web clips of favorite websites.
• Watch movies rented from new iTunes movie rental service.
• Customize Home screen.

Users can update their iPhones to the latest firmware via iTunes 7.5 for free, however if you have a hacked iPhone updating to new firmware might make your iPhone unusable.
