Rapidshare Farewells CAPTCHA (Image Code) And Wait Restrictions For Free Users

After annoying free users with hard to read CAT CAPTCHA's, World's biggest one click file-hoster Rapidshare has finally done farewell to CAPTCHA altogether, Rapidshare also announced that from now free users will be able to download without any waits until starting a succeeding download, however now free users will be restricted to a maximum speed of 500 kilobit per second.

Premium users will also now have more flexibility regarding the download volume, now they are able to download a maximum of 10 gigabyte per day and can be "saved" now to a maximum of 50 Gigabyte. As a consequence, the volume that was not used is transferred to the following day automatically, up to a maximum of 50 gigabyte, Also, earlier Premium and Collector's Accounts were credited a RapidPoints when a file was downloaded by a Free User but From now, Premium Downloads can generate up to 255 additional RapidPoints per day. Those extra points will be displayed in the account overview in the Premium or Collector's Zone.

Once a day, the extra points will be added to the Premium or Collector's Account's RapidPoints balance and the extra points counter will be reset to zero.

I am trying to download off rapidshare a 6 part load of files. I can download the parts 1-5 no problem. But when I try to download part 6, Rapidshare keeps giving me stupid error messages such as "your ip is already downloading something" then gives an IP that isn't my IP.

Then, in a 3 part series, I can download parts 1 and 3 but not part 2. Rapidshare moans that my "download session has expired" please try again. So I wait, and wait, then it just says download session expired again.

I think Rapidshare has a new tactic of not allowing people to download all the parts required and puts up fake error messages with the missing part to try and get you to sign up.

Rapidsh*t really sucks. When u get the expired error message, click on "Please click here to start download again". Repeat until you get the download window to start. The nuber of attempts could be anywhere from 1 to 20. If u don't get it by the twentieth time, close the RS window and wait for a while, say a minute or two, and then return to RS and retry. I face the same problem too. It ain't pretty, but it's the only way & u will get what u want eventually.

I regularly use rapid share as a free user for downloading contents . this is the best one i ever find for free user. it give 300 to 400 kbps speed to free user. also does not irritate by register for full service again and agian .
