Nokia MapsNokia Maps is a free world mapping application for Nokia mobile phones, the application is basically free but require monthly subscription to enable features like Turn-by-turn voice-guided navigation, Door-to-door pedestrian navigation, travel guides, and traffic information with smart automatic re-routing.

Register Nokia Maps License Code

To activate these paid features you need to purchase monthly subscription and enter the provided license code into the application, for testing things out Nokia Europe is giving away free Nokia Navigation License codes to interested Nokia customers.

To benefit from the offer you need to visit the offer page here and register for the free seven days trial by submitting your phone number, you will then receive your free Nokia Maps Navigation keys on your mobile phone as a text-message, Download the free Nokia Maps application and to activate navigation features - Open Nokia Maps Application and select Options » Extras » Options » Enter license code, now enter the activation code and click ok.

I you have never had the 7 days trial licence, you can go to "My licences" from you Map application and then select "options" ---> "update"
